Vogue Rugs Return/Refund Policy
We want you to love your Vogue Rugs purchase! However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Types of Returns:
Change of Mind Returns: Applies if you simply change your mind or make a mistake while placing the order.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- For non-defective returns, if you choose to use our return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- A full refund, including any initial shipping costs, will be issued upon verification of the damage, defect, or error.
- Customers need to provide photos or other evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, malfunctioning product, incorrect item received).
Initiating a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@voguerugs.com.au. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of processing.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and be processed.
Exceptions:
- Certain items may be excluded from returns, such as custom orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
- The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired replacement.
Additional Information:
- We strive to process returns promptly, but please allow for standard banking and credit card processing times after receiving your refund notification.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns at our sole discretion, adhering to all relevant consumer protection laws.
